Job requirements:
1, Bachelor degree or above, international trade, business English, Russian, Spanish and other majors, 3-5 years of panel furniture foreign trade management;
2. Have rich knowledge of panel furniture products and foreign trade knowledge, and management experience of large and medium-sized enterprises or group foreign trade enterprises;
3. Experienced in team building and management, able to lead the business department to expand territory;
4, have super willpower and tenacity, internal drive, self-drive and initiative;
5, understand the domestic and foreign panel furniture market environment, timely adjust the management strategy and marketing strategy according to the market;
6. Have the ability and determination to use brand operation, planning analysis and marketing actions to promote business development, achieve organizational goals and achieve organizational performance.
Job responsibilities:
1. Led the marketing team to develop customers, promote orders, and achieve performance targets.
2. Organize and plan all kinds of marketing activities.
3. Develop market development plan and organize implementation, and continuously improve market share.
4. Prepared the management system of the business division and promoted its implementation.
5. Optimize customer complaint handling and improve team service level.
6. Conducted regular training for department employees, including courseware development, training management, training result summary, etc.
7. Conducted performance management within the department, formulated and followed up staff performance appraisal projects, and implemented closed-loop performance management.
8. Create a team cultural atmosphere, organize staff activities regularly, and guide staff psychology in a timely manner.
9. Develop new employee training plan and implement it.
