Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the preparation of product technical parameters, publicity materials, etc., organized internal product training and learning, and continuously improved and innovatedaccording to market demand.

2. Assist the Marketing Department to answer customer questions, provide technical support and project docking.

3. Participate in market demand research, provide at least one product innovation (new way) plan every month, and help the company set up new business divisions.

4, according to customer needs to develop detailed template engineering design scheme, construction design, calculation, quotation, bill of materials, etc., and archive.

5. Responsible for providing material details and technical requirements for the purchasing department, providing technical requirements inspection standards for the merchandiser department, and assisting outsourcing.

6. Participate in the quality inspection of the formwork project to ensure that the construction quality meets the relevant standards and customer requirements.

7. Timely report the design progress and problems encountered to customers (through business), adjust and optimize the design scheme according to customer feedback, and improve customer satisfaction.

8, after-sales service: to provide professional after-sales service to solve the problems encountered by customers in the process of use.

9. Assisted finance department in cost and profit control, provided instructions and drawings for review.
