Job responsibilities:

1. Department construction. According to the enterprise management requirements, responsible for the formulation of documents management regulations and various documents handling workflow, operation norms, etc., strictly implemented after approval by the general manager, and immediately revised and improved according to the actual implementation.

2. As the person in charge of customs affairs, coordinate and deal with import and export customs affairs.

3. Document management. After receiving the business order, track the production status throughout the process, supervise the receipt, registration, distribution, circulation, verification and archiving of documents, and review the accuracy of various documents data and the timeliness of document production and submission of the department.

4. Logistics and shipping management. Regularly organize logistics and shipping price inquiry, regularly push the best shipping routes and advantageous freight prices to the business, and timely contact the dispatching truck and shipping according to the delivery time.

5. Customs declaration management. Determine the shipping time to cut the bill, timely provide customs declaration (invoice, packing list, contract, declaration letter, customs declaration, etc.) customs declaration, bill of lading confirmation, the original bill of lading or telex release after the ship.

6. External service. Responsible for providing business consultation and services related to documents, arranging regular reconciliation of shipping bills, issuing invoices and presenting documents for payment.

7. Internal management. Organize internal staff meetings, training and assessment regularly.
