Job requirements:

Job responsibilities:

1. Coordinate the work of human resources Center, responsible for the formulation of corporate human resources strategic planning and the design of corporate organizational structure.

2. Responsible for the formulation of various human resource systems of the enterprise, and check their implementation.

3. Responsible for coordinating and guiding staff recruitment, staff training and assessment, remuneration and welfare of various functional departments of the enterprise.

4, responsible for participating in the decision-making of major personnel issues.

5, responsible for the establishment and improvement of human resource management system, research and design of human resource management mode.

6. Responsible for human resource reserve and regular inventory of existing talents according to the overall strategic planning of the enterprise to ensure that the needs of enterprise personnel are met.
