4. Develop and improve the company's foreign procurement system, optimize the procurement process, and control the cost and quality of procurement.

5. Coordinate import business and contact with freight forwarders and shipping companies.

6. Make short, medium and long-term work plans of the department, prepare and submit the department budget.
